The fair trade co-op RAOS comprises smallholders who grow organic,  heirloom varieties: Catuai, Caturra, Typica and Bourbon. Climate, altitude and varieties being grown are all in everyone's favor, now with improved consistency due to central processing station for wet- and dry-milling.
