This lot of Honduras El Paraiso Decaf has been decaffeinated using the Swiss Water Process and roasted dark for a bold flavor.

Varietals: Lempira, IHCAFE 90, Catuai and Parainema

Altitude: 4500 to 5500 feet above sea level

Process: Fully washed, dried in the sun, SWP decaffeination

Cupping Notes: Mild acidity, medium body and notes of cocoa, green apple and raisin.

Roast Level: Full City Plus/Dark
